Project overview

Our aim was to deliver a contemporary housing development that rejuvenates and restores 53 existing 1980s houses. In addition, we were involved in creating a landscaping and parking strategy for the site’s accompanying 15 acres of land.

New front door canopies, feature windows and external treatments to improve the frontages. The design offers residents more exclusive and generous driveways and improved access. Thermal performance has also been significantly improved through the installation of new windows, insulation upgrades, PV panels to improve sustainability of the site
