Land at Caldecote Farm

Project overview

The sites were part of an infill scheme submitted on the two parcels of redundant land, that had been unoccupied, since the wider development was constructed some years back.

Full Planning approvals were achieved on both sites for two detached 3 & 4 bedroom dwellings.

Designed to respect the character and appearance of the surrounding area the scheme embraced the urban form of the surrounding development, complemented materials and architectural detailing.
