Project overview
A mixture of 574 new dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping, situated within sitting of a schedule monument and listed building. The design for this development had to respect the character and appearance of the surrounding area.
The development embraces its context, with strong connections to the historic buildings surrounding it, with use of local materials and detailing.
We have been involved in the re-plan of the site layout and house types taking over from previous approvals gained.
