Project overview

The scheme provides 252 quality new homes within the sustainable urban extension to Wellingborough. With direct links to the town and the newly formed surrounding Ridge Park, Brook Park and along with connections to the wider countryside made this an exempla scheme to be involved in.

All affordable housing met Part M4(2) standards with a proportion meeting Part M4(3) standards make this an inclusive scheme of all.

Key design and technical objectives which are to be built upon by detailed design, as part of Reserved Matters Applications, to ensure the development was in line with the original aspirations of a well integrated and connected part to the existing town, with recognizable spaces and buildings that relate to the underlying character of the town, and be well connected to its surroundings.
