Project overview

We have successfully taken this project from feasibility to planning approval and about to commence a tender process.

Our brief was to create a proposal that incorporates improved staff welfare facilities, provide new meeting rooms for product exhibitions, industry seminars and offers additional R&D spaces.

Our proposal extends the property on all four sides and adds a first floor that creates a new canopy around the site’s perimeter. In addition, the design upgrades the facility to meet modern standards and offers a green roof terrace. This proposal significantly increases the building’s GIA. The frontage is enhanced with increased height, specialist cladding products, and careful consideration for renewables & sustainability.
