Project overview

This feasibility study supported our client in determining which sites best suited their operational needs. A range of concept designs were developed, enabling them to better visualise the potential of each location.

Their previous premises were subdivided in an industrial business park which they have outgrown. Our aim was to develop a site for a new headquarters.

The proposed site presents a rare industrial development opportunity, with Leighton Buzzard offering strategic advantages, including strong access to a skilled labour force, combined with a variety of transport links.
