Project overview

As part of the wider masterplan, the site is allocated for community use. It benefits from proximity to the local centre, primary school and surrounding residential apartments, with strong connectivity and ease of access.

Our proposal introduces a cohesive cluster of creative community spaces, including workshops, an art studio and a performance space, aligned with the established design code. The scheme prioritizes openness, accessibility, and integration, fostering active community participation and engagement.
