Project overview

602 South Seventh Street was taken through all RIBA stages, transforming the former building, into Grade A offices, occupying a prime position in Central Milton Keynes.

After exploring with a variety of approaches to optimise land use, the construction of a new extension to the front elevation has allowed for a glazed lobby entrance with reception area.  

The building underwent comprehensive refurbishment both internally and externally, with the integration of sustainability and renewable technology. External fabric improvements included replacement glazing with solar technology combined with a new insulated roof and solar PV array. These works have contributed to the building’s future-proof design.
